Mark Seymour

Mark Seymour is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in configuration management and virtualization. Currently serving as CMDB Manager at Nasstar since August 2021, Mark oversees the management of configuration item data within ServiceNow and facilitates data integration across various sources. Previously, Mark spent nearly 18 years at KCOM as a Virtualization Technical Architect, where responsibilities included managing large-scale VMware Datacentres and automating server deployment through PowerCLI scripting. Mark's earlier roles included Senior Technical Support Supervisor at Allied Worldwide and Windows Systems Engineer at Mistral Internet, where tasks involved software and hardware support. Mark holds a BSc Hon in Computer Studies from the University of Brighton and has completed GCSEs at Hedingham.
