Javier Sánchez Alameda

Javier Sánchez Alameda has been in the Human Resources field since 2009. Javier began their career as a Consultor Laboral at Atisa, where they were responsible for payroll, social security, severance, and collective bargaining agreements. In 2012, they joined Zitro as a Tecnico de RR.HH., where they were responsible for the entire personnel administration process and provided support and advice to operations in Human Resources. In 2016, they became the HR Manager at IVALIS Group, where they led the HR team, created a performance evaluation system, and developed and implemented a talent attraction, retention, and career development program. Most recently, in 2019, they became the HR Manager at Natac, where they developed and organized HR initiatives such as team development, training, opening new national and international locations, expatriation plans, and long-term compensation plans. Javier also executed and coordinated selection providers at all hierarchical levels and provided effective internal and external communication.

Javier Sánchez Alameda received their Master executive de RRHH from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in 2013 and their Diplomatura de Relaciones Laborales from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 2004 and 2007.
