Joe Huff has a diverse and extensive work experience. Joe started their career at Diehl, Inc. in 1991 as the Asia Pacific Sales Manager, where they successfully established a sales office in Taiwan and developed significant sales of coffee creamers in multiple Asian countries. In 2002, they became the owner of Good Value, Inc., a trading firm that brokered food ingredients, cosmetics, and nutritionals to the Asian market. Joe also managed the Asian sales for Dean Foods creamers and pickles.
In 2007, Joe worked as the Assistant President at Beijing Gingko Group before joining USANA Health Sciences in 2008 as an International Buyer. At USANA, they controlled an $80 million annual spend for the purchase of raw materials and negotiated significant savings. After leaving USANA in 2012, Joe joined Charles Bowman & Company as the Director of Business Development, where they focused on developing new international sourced ingredients and managing sales in Utah.
From 2013 to 2019, Joe worked at BGG as the VP Sales, directing the West Coast sales efforts for a global herbal extracts manufacturer and achieving 20% sales growth annually. Following that, they served as the CEO of Algae Health Sciences from 2016 to 2019, where they managed the North American business and successfully grew sales to $6 million in annual revenue. In 2019, Joe became the VP of Global Sales & Marketing at Algalif Iceland Ehf, where they developed global sales strategies and introduced product innovations.
Most recently, Joe is the Property Manager & Owner of Green River Apartments, where they renovated and operates an 18-unit apartment complex in Green River, Utah.
