Nerea Muñoz Almagro

Nerea Muñoz Almagro has been working in various roles since 2013. Nerea began as a Chemist at Grupo de Investigación Bioelectroquímica y Biosensores in 2013. In 2015, they became a Postdoctoral Researcher at CIAL (CSIC-UAM), where they produced new low-glycemic ingredients using enzymes and characterized them using different analytical techniques. In 2016, they became the R&D Director at Food Coatech S.L., where they were responsible for analyzing the market, developing strategies related to Intellectual Property, and industrializing the process. In 2017, they were a Visiting PhD Student at the Quadram Institute Food & Health Department. In 2021, they became the CMO Cortometraje "Tus ojos, siempre" at Mono con pistolas Films S.L., and in the same year, they worked as an R&D Consultant at AROSA I+D. Currently, they are a Scientific Researcher at Natac.

Nerea Muñoz Almagro has a comprehensive educational background. Nerea completed a Doctorate in Food Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2015 to 2019. Nerea also earned a Master's degree in Agricultural Chemistry and New Foods from the same university in 2014-2015. From 2009 to 2014, they studied Chemistry at the Universidad de Alcalá and obtained a degree in the same field. In 2020-2021, they completed two courses from ThePower Business School, one in Marketing Digital and one in Master of Business Administration. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications in areas such as English, Reology, Quality Systems, Metabolomics, and Cromatography.
