Todd Graham

Todd Graham has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Todd has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Todd'smost recent position is Senior Managing Director at Veyron, where they focus on leveraging tangible and intangible assets for favorable balance sheet treatment. Prior to that, they served as Managing Director Investment Banking at Natalliance Securities, where they provided capital markets access to clients. Todd also worked as a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, providing capital markets and advisory services to clients worldwide. Earlier in their career, they held positions at MHT Partners, First/Third Capital Group, SuperOx Holdings, LLC, Vector Capital, LLC, Morgan Keegan & Co Inc, Harris, Webb & Garrison, and Merrill Lynch, where they gained experience in investment banking, private equity, and financial consulting.

Todd Graham has an MBA from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, which they obtained in 1991. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Public Relations from Southern Methodist University, graduating in 1989. In addition to their academic qualifications, Todd Graham also holds certifications such as the SEI - Security Industry Essentials, Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent, and Series 79 - Investment Banking Representative, all obtained from FINRA.
