Martina Richtarikova

Martina Richtarikova has a diverse work experience, primarily at NATEK. Martina started in 2011 as a Marketing and Communication Specialist, where they supported and coordinated communication activities across the region to contribute to brand recognition and revenue. Martina also assisted in executing the communication strategy and managed digital and social media marketing campaigns. Additionally, they worked on PR activities, including writing press notes and articles, and managed promotion on job fairs and 3rd party platforms.

In 2014, Martina became the Marketing / Communication Manager and Board member at NATEK. In this role, they continued to contribute to the company's growth and executed marketing strategies by collaborating with various departments, such as Sales and Recruitment. Martina also ensured the execution of the communication strategy and managed social media profiles.

Martina transitioned to a different role within NATEK in 2019 and became a Service Delivery Manager. In this position, they were responsible for managing and improving the processes of NATEK Operations. Martina provided support and expertise to Service Delivery Managers in various business units, ensured cost-effective service delivery, optimized resources, and established processes and documents.

Following their role as the Operations Manager, Martina took on the role of Sales Manager for the Czech Republic & Slovakia, where they were responsible for sales activities in these regions.

Currently, as the Business Director for CZ/SK at NATEK since the start of 2023, they hold a leadership position and is responsible for overseeing business operations and driving growth in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Martina Richtarikova completed their Bachelor's degree in International Management with a focus on the French program at Comenius University from 2007 to 2010. Martina then pursued two Master's degrees in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. From 2010 to 2012, they studied at both Comenius University and Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, completing their education in this field.
