Sascha Ellers

Sascha Ellers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical trial operations, currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Trial Operations at Natera since June 2019. Prior roles include Sr. Director positions at Amphivena Therapeutics Inc. and Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc., and Director of Clinical Operations at Veracyte, Inc., where work focused on molecular cytology diagnostics. Sascha also held leadership roles at Geron Corporation, overseeing the Imetelstat program, and spent nearly a decade at Genentech, Inc., directing biosample operations and managing clinical development teams. Additional experience includes clinical research roles at SUGEN/Pharmacia and PAREXEL. Education includes a Certificate in Drug Development and Regulatory Science from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Reed College.
