Cameron Knipp has been in the customer service industry since 2013. In that time, they have held various roles in different companies. At Best Buy, they were a Social Media Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Cameron'srole as a Social Media Specialist included moderating the company's national Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram page, as well as the Best Buy Support Forums and direct emails. Cameron also assisted with complex and involved customer issues in a professional manner publicly representing Best Buy on Social Media platforms. At Magic Ears Official, they were an English Teacher. Currently, they are a Customer Happiness Supervisor at Nathan James. Cameron'srole includes supporting a team of agents located all over the world, while also assisting with escalated cases and completing admin tasks. Additionally, they are responsible for making decisions and consulting with other leaders in matters of managing and directing the Customer Happiness Team.
