Alina Arutyunyan

Alina Arutyunyan is a Development Manager at NAF, overseeing grant requirements and deadlines to support a $20+ million annual fundraising goal while developing complex grant proposals and collaborating with various internal teams. Previously, Alina served as a Grants Manager at The Boston Foundation, enhancing grant-making efficiency, managing over $80 million in grants, and optimizing budget tracking for a $16 million departmental budget. Earlier roles include positions at KidsFirst.Counseling & Family Resource Centers, where Alina generated $4 million in grant funding and developed numerous reports and budgets. Alina holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Tufts University.
