Jacqueline Grullon

Jacqueline Grullon has extensive experience in business analysis and systems management, currently serving as Business System Manager II at NASCO since October 2011. In this role, Jacqueline has led test delivery tasks, coordinated defect management, and collaborated closely with product subject matter experts and development teams to ensure the accuracy of test scenarios and resolutions. Prior experience includes various roles at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where Jacqueline improved claims resolution accuracy, developed QA programs for outsourced vendors, and managed application support processes. Jacqueline holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science Health Information Management from Berkeley College.
