Joseph Ruskowsky

Joseph Ruskowsky has over three decades of experience in the IT and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a System Engineer III at NASCO since February 2012, Joseph focuses on production support, infrastructure design, and project implementation. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at IBM Global Services as a Senior IT Professional, where responsibilities included bid and pricing analysis for project solutions. Earlier experiences include a consultant position at CTG, leading the design and coding of programs for Visa Company, and a Data Processing Specialist IV role at State Farm Insurance, overseeing testing and data analysis for the Auto Policies department. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Information Technology from Illinois State University, and has prior education at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
