Marlo Gillette, PHR, SHRM-CP, SWP, currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at NASCO, where strategic HR alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture are priorities. With extensive experience in human resources management, Marlo has held various roles, including Senior Manager at NASCO, Director of Human Resources at Ajilon Communications, and Assistant Vice President at Amsouth Bank/Regions. Marlo also actively contributes as a volunteer member of the Board of Directors at The Place and serves as a Human Resource Consultant for The Vine Community Church. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
