Robbie Currie is currently the Chief Executive Officer at the National AIDS Trust, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Currie served as the Sexual Health Commissioner for the London Borough of Bexley from January 2012 to January 2023, leading sexual and reproductive health programs. As Chair of the English HIV and Sexual Health Commissioners Group, Currie represented commissioners on various national groups and contributed to significant consultations. Experience also includes roles as the London Strategic Lead for Sexual Health with the Association of Directors of Public Health for London and as a Practice Coordinator for CNWL Foundation Trust, where innovative marketing strategies for sexual health services were developed. Currie's earlier career with the Department of Health involved managing national HIV prevention programs, and leadership capabilities were further honed through a Level 7 Award in Leadership from the Institute for Leadership and Management and a Master's degree in Public Health and Health Promotion from London South Bank University.
