Eyob Gebremichael

Eyob Gebremichael is a skilled production professional with extensive experience in the alcohol manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Production Shift Coordinator at the National Alcohol and Liquor Factory since December 2015, Eyob has successfully implemented new fermentation procedures, leading to improved ethanol productivity and reduced production costs. This role involves overseeing daily operations of a high-capacity production facility, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and training new employees. Previously, as a Fermentation and Distillery Plant Technologist, Eyob managed production processes and maintained equipment to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, Eyob has experience in quality control from a role at Inter Africa Extrusion Aluminium Factory and served as an instructor and trainer at Harmony College. Eyob holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Adama Science and Technology University.
