“Marvin currently serves as a commissioner for the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission and is the Vice President of Business Development at Wilson Heirgood & Associates Insurance. Marvin has served on many boards including as chair of the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, Looking Glass Youth and Family Services, Maude Kerns Art Center, and the Eugene Springfield NAACP.
