Troy Fienhold-Haasis

Troy Fienhold-Haasis is an experienced professional in leadership and organizational management with a strong background in pageantry and nonprofit initiatives. Currently serving as Support Team Lead at Five Below since April 2022, Troy also owns Sign Dreamers of the Heartland and operates as National Director of the Miss Nationwide Foundation & Pageant, an organization focused on empowering young women. As the Founder and President of Crowning Achievement Consulting, Troy specializes in pageant coaching, empowerment, and event planning. Additionally, Troy has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including General Manager at Party City and Certified Judge for National American Miss.
