Gayle Nicholls-Ali

Gayle Nicholls-Ali is currently a Connected Arts Networks (CAN) National Teacher Leader at the National Art Education Association (NAEA). Gayle has been serving as the Vice President of Public Relations at La Canada Teachers Association since 2017 and holds the position of AP Art & Design and AP Computer Science Principles teacher at La Cañada High School since 2006. In addition, Gayle is responsible for preparing high school students for entry-level positions in photography, film, graphic, and web design as part of the CTE Arts, Media, and Entertainment program. Gayle also works as a Digital Storytelling Facilitator, Curriculum Development, and Special Projects at Digital Rain Factory, and as an Adjunct Professor at Pacific Oaks College, teaching various courses related to human development and education. Throughout their career, Gayle has contributed significantly to curriculum development and teaching in various educational institutions and organizations.
