Arabella Pluta-Ehlers

Arabella is responsible for assisting county officials across the country in their efforts to improve local services related to children, youth and families. Prior to joining NACo, Arabella worked at the Bipartisan Policy Center as project coordinator and as a senior research associate with Hanover Research. Arabella holds a bachelor’s degree in comparative human development from the University of Chicago.
