Fisqua Racha Abou Chahine Cphq

Racha Abou Chahine, CPHQ, FISQua, currently serves as the Quality and Risk Management Director and Magnet & Quality Manager at Fakeeh University Hospital since December 2021. In addition to this role, Racha is an active member of the Global Leadership panel for Fight Cancer Global and holds various positions with The DAISY Foundation, including International DAISY Ambassador and Co-chair of the DAISY Conference Scientific Committee. Racha also functions as an Accreditation & Nursing Excellence Advisor for a confidential organization and is certified in Magnet Program Guidance by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, along with being CPHQ certified by the National Association for Healthcare Quality. Racha's academic credentials include an ongoing Doctorate of Business Administration and a Master's in Applied Research in Business Administration from SBS Swiss Business School, a Master's Degree in Hospitality Administration from the American University of Beirut, and a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Lebanese University.
