MaryAnn Rausa, CDMP, PCM, serves as the Digital Marketing Manager at the National Association for Healthcare Quality since June 2016. Prior to this role, Rausa held multiple positions at the American Osteopathic Association from October 1997 to May 2016, including Content Editor, Communications Specialist, Deputy Director of the Department of Communications, Public Relations Manager, and Public Relations Specialist. Rausa's earlier experience includes the position of Assistant Area Director at Special Olympics Wisconsin-Southeastern Area, where fundraising and public relations were key responsibilities, and Assistant to the Development Director at the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, focusing on event planning and donor engagement. Rausa holds a BA in Public Relations from Marquette University, an MA in Corporate Communications from DePaul University, and certificates in Marketing Strategy and Data-Driven Marketing from Cornell University.
