Theresa Collison

Theresa Collison is a registered nurse with significant experience in healthcare quality and mental health care. Currently serving as a CPHQ at the National Association for Healthcare Quality since September 2019, Theresa also continues to work at Community Health Network as a registered nurse since September 2015. Previously, Theresa gained valuable experience as a student nurse extern in the emergency department and as a mental health clinician, where responsibilities included providing patient care and leading group therapy sessions. Prior military experience as a SHAPE Fitness Specialist for the US Navy involved providing fitness programming for military officers. Theresa holds a Master of Science in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing from Indiana University Indianapolis, expected to be completed in August 2024, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
