Darlene Kelly

Darlene Kelly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, training, and development. Currently serving as President of D Kelly Consulting LLC since November 2019, Darlene also holds the position of Learning & Development Manager at the City of Eugene since December 2018 and serves as Senior Faculty & Curriculum Designer for the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) since July 2018. Previous roles include Property Management Director at Homes and various positions at the Oregon Department of Human Services, including Business Transition Manager and Training Manager. Darlene's earlier experience includes a role as Operations and Policy Analyst and Occupancy Supervisor at Homes for Good. Darlene holds a Certificate of Public Management from Willamette University and a degree from the University of Oregon.
