Othniel Penn

Othniel Penn has extensive experience in the service of process and security sectors, currently serving as the Director at JSSI Process Server since March 1999, where responsibilities include service of process, notary public duties, skip tracing, and conducting background checks. Othniel has been a member of NAPPS since January 2013 and previously worked as an Armed Security Officer at Judicial Security Service Inc. from July 1997 to December 2017. Additionally, Othniel was an Independent Contractor at JJL Process Corp. between December 2012 and February 2016.
