Mary Patton

Mary Patton has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mary is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at the National Association of REALTORS® since June 2022. Before this, Mary worked at PRA Business Events as the Global Sales Director from October 2017 to December 2020. During their time at PRA, they played a crucial role in managing key accounts, executing preferred agreements, and driving market share growth. Prior to that, Mary had a long and successful tenure at the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from 2002 to 2016. Mary held various positions, including Director of Groups & Meetings and Regional Director/Key Account Director, where they successfully managed teams, increased groups revenue, and achieved production goals. Mary's work experience began at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they served as the Director of National Accounts from 1994 to 2001.

Mary Patton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Michigan State University. Mary also obtained a certification in Digital Event Strategist from PCMA in 2021.
