Jeni Spaulding

Jeni Spaulding is a Project Manager at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies since June 2023, specializing in information technology projects for state workforce agencies. Previously, Jeni served as a Program Analyst and Departmental Specialist at the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity from February 2014 to May 2023, focusing on the Workforce Longitudinal Data System to enhance workforce and educational data analysis. Jeni also worked as a JAG Career Specialist at Michigan Works! the Job Force Board from August 2011 to February 2014, supporting high-risk students in their career paths. Jeni began the career with experience as an Office Assistant at an acupuncture and massage clinic from January 2008 to April 2009. Jeni holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lake Superior State University and a Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
