Jennifer Kocher

Jennifer Kocher currently serves as the Vice President of Communications and Marketing at the National Association of Water Companies, a role held since November 2021, where the focus is on promoting private water infrastructure through strategic communication with various stakeholders. Prior to this position, experience spans several significant roles, including Assistant Director of Communications and Communications Director for the Senate of PA, where responsibilities included coordinating messaging for legislative and policy initiatives. Earlier career highlights include serving as Press Secretary for the PA Public Utility Commission and other communication roles in both governmental and non-profit organizations. Jennifer Kocher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Penn State University.
