Jessica von Vleck

Jessica Von Vleck is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems and data management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of HRIS at the National Audubon Society since June 2021, Jessica oversees internal database integrity, security, and software upgrades in collaboration with the IT department. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Steptoe & Johnson LLP for a decade, progressively advancing from HR Specialist to HR Data Analyst and ultimately Manager of HR Analytics, focusing on HCM system data integrity and benefits administration. Jessica's career began at the Institute for Defense Analyses, where roles included HRIS/Compensation Assistant and HRIS Coordinator from June 2008 to May 2011.
