Elizabeth (Liz) Root is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial systems, project management, and organizational consulting. Currently serving as a Financial Systems Business Analyst at National Auto Care since July 2016, Elizabeth focuses on automation, process improvement, and system enhancements to support accounting and finance integration. As the Owner and President of i Solutions and Results, LLC since 2012, Elizabeth provides consulting services aimed at enhancing organizational performance. Prior roles include Partner and Director of Strategic Development at Bedford Strategies and Solutions, Manager of Training and Quality at Hartford Life Insurance Companies, and Director of Marketing and Training at Allstate/American Heritage Life Insurance, showcasing a robust background in training, quality assurance, and strategic development. Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development with a minor in Sociology from Truman State University.
