Dawn Worthington

Dawn Worthington is an accomplished human resources executive, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) since May 2023. Prior to this role, responsibility for all human resources functions including workforce development and employee relations was held at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) from April 2010 to May 2023. Earlier in the career, various positions such as Human Resources Senior Director and Vice President, Human Resources & Benefits were held at the National Restaurant Association from May 1996 to April 2010. Dawn Worthington's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Enterprise Management from American University - Kogod School of Business and an IOM degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the US Chamber of Commerce.
