Ahmed Moussa

Ahmed Moussa currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the National Bank of Bahrain since March 2023. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank from September 2006 to June 2022, where various leadership positions included Lead - Business Service Management, VP, Head Transformation & Syndication Operations, VP, Head Trade Finance Operations, VP, Head of Payments, and Senior Manager Accounts Services. Key responsibilities involved managing technology and solutions implementation, overseeing banking operations, leading transformation initiatives, and enhancing customer experience. Achievements encompass successful upgrades of core banking systems, implementing payment hubs, and securing recognitions for outstanding cash management services in the UAE and MENA regions. Ahmed Moussa holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Helwan University and a Postgraduate Award in Leading Operations and Process Management from the University of Warwick.
