Joy Mitra is an experienced professional in the field of business solutions and IT, currently serving as the Lead - Business Solutions at the National Bank of Bahrain since October 2022. Previously, Joy held the position of Manager - Business Architecture at Odessa for a brief tenure and worked at Tata Consultancy Services for over seven years, progressing from Systems Engineer to Business Analyst in Core Banking Solutions. Joy has a solid technical background, including experience as an Oracle Database Administrator for a leading telecom client, where responsibilities included 24/7 support and maintenance of critical databases. Joy holds a Post Graduate Program in Management with a focus on Finance, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
