Sidharth Dubey

Sidharth Dubey currently serves as the Head of Capital Markets Structured Solutions at the National Bank of Bahrain, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Sidharth was the Head of Financial Markets Structured Solutions at Ahli United Bank from January 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included developing tailored hedging products for corporate clients and adapting strategies to market conditions. Prior experience includes roles at Deutsche Bank as Vice President in EM Structuring, where Sidharth provided risk management solutions across CEEMEA, and as a Structurer in FIC APAC, focusing on FX risk solutions. Early professional experiences involved positions at the National Stock Exchange, YES BANK, WNS Global Services, and Bonanza Portfolio. Sidharth holds an integrated Master’s degree in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
