Henok Arega

Henok Arega is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic research and academia. Since November 2011, Henok has served as the Chief Research Officer at the National Bank of Ethiopia, focusing on medium-term debt strategy, the revision of the financial sector master plan, and conducting policy-oriented research on macroeconomic and financial issues. Additionally, Henok has been a Research Officer and Lecturer at St. Mary's University since April 2007, contributing to curriculum development and course preparation while actively engaging in educational support for students. Henok holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Addis Ababa University, obtained in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, secured in 2005.
