Mohammad Al Kharafi

Mohammad Al-Kharafi is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, Head of Group Operations at the National Bank of Kuwait since October 2010. With a progressive career at the same institution spanning over two decades, Al-Kharafi has held various roles, including DGM, AGM, and Head of Retail Banking Operations. In addition, Al-Kharafi has contributed as a Board Member at CiNet Credit Information Network from September 2017 to August 2021 and held significant positions at Al-Masar Leasing & Investment, Reyada United Real Estate, and Ghazal Insurance Company. Al-Kharafi's academic credentials include executive education from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies with Marketing from the Arab Open University, and a General Management Program from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, among others.
