Sandra Trousdell

Sandra Trousdell has extensive experience in legal and examination management roles, currently serving as the Examination Appeals Manager at The National Board for Certified Counselors since February 2020, where responsibilities include managing appeals for the United States and Puerto Rico and streamlining processes. Previous positions include Examination Challenge Appeals Specialist at Tanger Outlets, Retail Lease Administration, Temporary Paralegal at the North Carolina Department of Justice, and Legal Risk Manager at BB&T (now Truist Financial). Additionally, Sandra has gained significant paralegal expertise at firms such as Carruthers & Roth, P.A., Black, Slaughter & Black, and Wyatt Early Harris Wheeler, LLP. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from UC Santa Barbara and an ABA Certification in Paralegal Studies from the University of San Diego.
