Janet Haber

Janet Haber has extensive experience in project management and client support, currently serving as the Manager of Engagement and Mobilization and Manager of Strategic Projects at the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards since May 2011. In this role, Janet ensures compliance with grant guidelines while working closely with senior managers on federally and grant-funded initiatives. Previously, Janet was a Project Analyst for the Teacher Incentive Fund Project, collaborating with project management on grant administration tasks. Janet's earlier career includes a position as Senior Secretary at RMC Research Corporation and as a Client Associate/Branch Manager's Assistant at Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities included assisting clients with account inquiries and new account setups. Janet holds a degree in Accounting, Business, and Financial from Kingsborough Community College, completed between 1985 and 1987.
