Delbert Abi-Abdallah, Ph.D., currently serves as Chair and Associate Professor of Microbiology at Duquesne University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine since March 2023 and is also a member of the NBOME National Faculty since August 2022. Prior roles include Director of the Masters of Medical Science Program, Associate Professor, and Director of Exams at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine from July 2019 to May 2023, and Assistant Professor at Thiel College from August 2014 to June 2019. Delbert Abi-Abdallah has held various teaching positions, including adjunct faculty roles and postdoctoral research at institutions such as Tompkins Cortland Community College, Cornell University, and the University of Florida. Delbert Abi-Abdallah earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical and Biological Sciences with a focus on Immunology and Infectious Disease from Cornell University and a B.S. in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida.
