Jeeya Desai

Jeeya Desai is a dedicated individual with extensive experience in healthcare and community service. Currently serving as a Dental Assistant at Preston Ridge Dental, Jeeya is also involved in research on dental barriers in the medical field as a Student Researcher. With a strong background in volunteerism, Jeeya holds several positions, including High School Intern, Volunteer, and Ambassador at the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc., and Officer and Participant in HOSA-Future Health Professionals. As a co-founder of Care4Kiddos, Jeeya has organized events to support families affected by domestic abuse. Additionally, experience as an International Humanitarian Law Ambassador for the American Red Cross highlights Jeeya's commitment to raising awareness of global health issues. With a passion for dance demonstrated through senior roles at Kathak Rhythms and Nrutya Shakti Dance Academy, Jeeya balances artistic pursuits with a focus on medicine, currently pursuing a high school diploma at Heritage High School.
