Severina Ware Cva

Severina Ware, CVA, currently serves as the Volunteer Program Manager at the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc., focusing on enhancing volunteer communication, developing strategic plans for volunteerism, and implementing advanced management software to support volunteer growth. Previously, as the Community Engagement Manager at Wesley Rankin Community Center, Severina implemented a volunteer management system and coordinated projects with community partners. Severina's experience also includes a role as a Crime Analyst with the Dallas Police Department, managing volunteer services at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and serving as Volunteer Coordinator for Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas. Severina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management and a Master’s degree in Criminology.
