Niall Beirne

Niall Beirne's work experience includes positions in various companies. Niall is currently working as the Head of Internal Communications & Strategic Partnerships at National Broadband Ireland since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Strategic Communications & Stakeholder Engagement, where they focused on political relationships and the deployment of gigabit fibre broadband as part of the National Broadband Plan. Before joining National Broadband Ireland, Niall worked at enet as the Head of Communications for over 12 years, where they were responsible for public policy, political advocacy, corporate communications, and PR-related activities. Niall also has experience in marketing and communications roles at Kingspan Insulated Panels and An Post.

Niall Beirne completed their Leaving Certificate at St. Patrick's College, Cavan in 1994. Niall then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Analytical Science from Dublin City University from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Business to Business Marketing from Technological University Dublin from 1998 to 1999. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from Technological University Dublin in 2000.
