Mpp Marie Manguerra

Marie Manguerra, MPP, currently serves as a Program Analyst at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since April 2022 and has been a Program Coordinator at Emory University School of Medicine since January 2018. With extensive experience in health and project management, Marie has also worked as a Program Generalist at the National Business Group on Health® since September 2012, where responsibilities included conducting reports and presenting findings to key stakeholders. Prior to these roles, Marie held positions such as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Georgetown University, focusing on HIV surveillance frameworks, and served as a Relationship Banker at BB&T and Estate Planning Coordinator at Washington Wealth Counsellors, P.C. Marie holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy with a concentration in Terrorism, Transnational Crime and Corruption from George Mason University and a Professional Studies Certificate in Investigative Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY), along with a Bachelor's Degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
