Bob Beyer

Bob Beyer is an experienced professional in the field of captioning and media services, currently serving as the Business Development & Sales Manager at the National Captioning Institute since March 2023. Prior to this role, Bob held various leadership positions at VITAC from August 1990 to February 2022, including Director of Multi-Language Services, General Manager/Operations Manager in Washington DC, and Manager of Offline Captioning Services. Bob began their career at the National Captioning Institute as a Senior Editor/Caption Editor from August 1985 to December 1989. Bob Beyer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Maryland, complemented by coursework in Government & Politics and Engineering, from 1980 to 1985.
