Natalie Chase-Caffyn

Natalie Chase-Caffyn serves as the Head of Quality at National Care Group Limited since September 2019, where responsibilities include conducting regulatory and corporate audits to ensure compliance with legal and best practice standards in England and Wales, and collaborating with registered managers to foster continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as an Inspector in Adult Social Care at the Care Quality Commission from October 2015 to May 2019, and as a Performance & Improvement Analyst at Halton Borough Council from April 2009 to October 2015. Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Accounting from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus.
