Jenn Leard, NCC, JCTC/JCDC, serves as the Director of Career & Life Design at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School since May 2019, leading a team focused on career and leadership coaching for MBA and MS students and alumni. With extensive experience in career development, Jenn has consulted with individuals in private practice since April 2015, enhancing their career transitions and job search strategies. Additionally, Jenn contributes to the National Career Development Association as a columnist and former editor, while previously holding significant roles at Goucher College, Colorado State University, and Rich Feller & Associates. Jenn holds a Master of Education in Counseling and Career Development and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
