Brian Welch

Brian Welch currently serves as the Director of the Nebraska Statewide Family Engagement Center at the National Center for Families Learning, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of the Family Learning System model across Nebraska and collaborating with other Directors to address community needs. Previous experience includes working as an Afterschool, Family, and Community Engagement Specialist at the Nebraska Department of Education, as well as a Humanities Teacher at Lincoln Public Schools and a Language Arts Teacher at Wichita Public Schools. Brian Welch holds a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Fort Hays State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
