Briana Middleton currently serves in Survivor Services at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, managing daily intake of over 120 reports and mitigating high-risk cases through the analysis of complex datasets. In their role as a Resident Ambassador at Connected Communities, Briana engages with community stakeholders to gather feedback and foster collaborations with residents. Previously, as a Case Manager at Catholic Charities USA, Briana oversaw the needs of 47 refugees, facilitating service delivery and conducting assessments. Briana began their career as a Teacher Assistant at Mary Cariola Children’s Center, providing tailored instruction to students with special needs. Briana holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from SUNY Brockport.
