Harbin Combee is a seasoned professional in law enforcement with extensive experience in forensic case management and digital data recovery. Currently serving as a Forensic Case Manager at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children since May 2019, Harbin Combee also holds the position of Digital Data Recovery Coordinator at the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, where responsibilities include overseeing cell phone data recovery programs and coordinating training for detectives. Previously, Harbin Combee served as a Detective Sergeant for the DC Government from February 2010 until retirement in June 2014, and as a Detective in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Homicide Squad from December 1991 to February 2010, focusing on various death investigations.
