Fahad Ruzah

Fahad Ruzah is a seasoned professional in internal audit and risk management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Internal Audit & Risk at the National Center for Privatization & PPP since January 2022. In this role, Fahad oversees the internal audit function, develops strategic plans, and coordinates with key stakeholders, while managing three audit teams across multiple centers. Additionally, Fahad holds positions as an Audit Committee Member on the founding board of the South Health Sector and the Audit & Compliance Committee at Simplified Financial Solutions Company. Previous experience includes roles such as Group Auditor and Secretary of the Audit Committee at Saudi Industrial Investment Group and Head of Internal Audit at SABIC, where Fahad established and monitored audit frameworks. Fahad’s educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting from Clark Atlanta University, an Aspiring Directors Programme from INSEAD, and various auditing certifications, reflecting a strong foundation in financial auditing and risk assessment.
