Joy Keller is currently the Director of Knowledge Management at the National Center for State Courts, holding various roles in the Maryland Judiciary system prior to this position. With a background in paralegal work and a focus on court management, Joy has obtained degrees in Negotiation and Conflict Management, as well as Pre-Law.
