Katia Dittus

Katia Dittus currently holds the position of PhD Student at the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) Heidelberg since May 2022, following a role as a Master Thesis Student at the same institution from October 2021 to March 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Master Student at the DKFZ German Cancer Research Center from October 2018 to March 2022, and a Project Management Intern at Roche Diagnostics Europe from December 2020 to December 2021. Additional experience encompasses research roles at the Kolling Institute of Medical Research, NMI Natural and Medical Sciences Institute, and the University of Tübingen, along with an internship at the Desmond Tutu HIV Foundation. Katia Dittus earned a Master of Science in Molecular Bioscience from Heidelberg University and a Master’s degree with a major in Cancer Biology from DKFZ. Educational background also includes a study semester abroad in Immunology at the University of Cape Town.
